During high school, MG discovered a passion for coaching and player development, launching her own private training sessions for younger local athletes. Her natural ability to teach, encourage, and connect with players quickly became evident, and in 2025 she served as a head coach for the first time, where she was recognized as a passionate, patient, and relational leader who challenges athletes to grow both on and off the court.

MG currently plays collegiately for Biola University, an NCAA Division II program in California, where she is majoring in Psychology and is part of the highly regarded Torrey Honors Program. She feels called toward a future in family and children’s therapy and has a strong interest in coaching and personal training, with a desire to help young people develop confidence, discipline, and purpose. Her faith is central to her life and leadership, guided by her favorite verse, Romans 12:2.

In addition to coaching and academics, MG has demonstrated strong responsibility and initiative, managing her own dog-sitting business, Love at First Lick, since the age of 12. She coaches with Team Kidd True during the summer months and remains deeply committed to modeling integrity, work ethic, and joy for the game.

MG is passionate about helping young athletes discover their potential, build confidence, and understand the value of team—making her a powerful example of what it means to grow up in the True Texas family and give back.
