Shara serves as our Apparel Lead, bringing a lifelong love for the game and a deep connection to the mission of Team Kidd Texas.

Basketball has been a constant in her life since the age of eight, playing through college and developing a strong appreciation for the discipline, teamwork, and growth the game provides. Today, that same love has been passed down to her daughter, Berkley, whose journey in the game has only deepened her connection to the sport and the community around it.

Her family joined the program when Berkley (2028) was entering 6th grade, and since then, they have experienced firsthand the intentional development and care that defines Team Kidd Texas, formerly known as “True". She is especially passionate about being part of a program that values athletes not only for what they do on the court, but for who they are becoming off of it.

In her role as Apparel Lead, she plays an important part in bringing the brand to life and supporting the day-to-day needs of the program. More than that, she is deeply invested in the people—building relationships, serving families, and supporting the mission to develop confident, strong young women.

What began as a place for her daughter to grow has become something much more. The relationships built within this program have turned into lasting friendships, and she considers it an honor to work alongside a team so committed to pouring into the next generation.
